Ever since I was young, I have been sports focused. The teacher once asked me what I wanted to become when I grew up,I answered that I was going to help people get a healthier lifestyle.
Today, about 20 years after that moment, I have graduated at CIOS and worked over 10 years in the world of sports, fitness, health, and lifestyle.
From my past experiences, I can say that it most definitely isn't easy to achieve your fitness and health goals. Of course I don't expect you to have the same lifestyle as me, but together we can create your own, unique, lifestyle!
My specialties are gaining muscles and weight loss but every goal has its possibilities.
